Do more good and feel better with improv skills!
Anyone who works in caregiving roles knows how unpredictable and emotional your day-to-day can be. Imagine a space where you can learn skills that make caregiving more effective and less stressful. While having fun and connecting with others who totally get it? That’s what an improv class for caregivers is all about!
Each session covers a different skill set and situation. After we work on a skill there is a “debrief”, where we discuss how you can use what you learn right away!
Improv is more than Whose Line is it Anyway!

You’ll be doing activities that help you listen more actively, respond authentically, and adapt to constantly changing environments. Plus, it’s a great stress reliever—you’ll laugh a lot!
